Z·AERO was born out of multiple requests for Jay’s skills, services, and expertise. We now offer a variety of Aerospace Engineering services and take on large and small projects, whether you are an aerospace company or an individual owner.
We are about combining the art of engineering and getting it done. At Z·AERO, we never stop learning, striving to solve engineering problems with elegance and efficiency, ultimately reducing costs for the client while ensuring quality service.

Z∙AERO provides a broad range of DER services, benefiting from a good working relationship with the FAA. Depending on your needs whether you are an aerospace company or an individual owner, we take on large and small projects. We support TC holders for major certification efforts, facilitate STC approval for companies and individuals, develop AMOCs for AD, and design and approve major repairs and alterations. These services include administrative and technical support with the FAA from start to finish.

Z·AERO often combines forces with other companies or sub-contractors to broaden our capabilities . Recently, we have been partnering with Stevens Aerostructures on several projects. We also use specialists in FEA, flight testing and analysis, and software development. Along with our DER services, we partner with DERs holding other delegations in arenas such as Admin, Flutter, Damage Tolerance, Electrical, Loads, and Flight Test Pilots and/or Analysts.
